Italian fashion house Alberta Ferretti announced its attendance at Dubai Fashion Week, during which the Fall-Winter 2026/27 fashion show will take place. The decision to take part in Dubai Fashion Week is also motivated by the growing importance of the Middle Eastern market, which is proving to be a lucrative market for the brand, which has always been recognized worldwide for its refined evening wear. Alberta Ferretti’s Creative Director Lorenzo Serafini stated:
(Deeny Godfrey, “Alberta Ferretti to stage next collection in Dubai in February”, Fashion Network, 11/20/25)
Like Loewe, that in 2022 presented a collection in collaboration with Studio Ghibli, also we at Alexys Agency would like to connect fashion and Hayao Miyazaki’s animation world. This is how we imagine the female characters from Studio Ghibli’s films. Enjoy!
Sophie from “Howl’s Moving Castel”

Romantic and traditional, Sophie Hatter would be wearing Lena Hoschek for sure. This midi-dress from SS26 collection is simply perfect for her. With this look, Sophie will steal Howl’s heart!

Shizuku Tsukishima from “Whispers of the Heart”

Shizuku would choose a look by For Love & Lemons: fresh but with details that remind of Baron’s suits, the cat statue and loyal friend.

Chihiro Ogino from “Spirited Away”

In order to work at the Onsen (hot springs) Chihiro surely has to wear something comfortable, but impressive. Nana Jacqueline’s pink knit set suits her perfectly!

Granmamare from “Ponyo”

Last but not least, Granmamare can only wear a precious dress by Costarellos. The wavy neckline and colour of the dress seem to blend in with the ocean.
